Address all emails that you wish to send using Deferred Sender, regardless of the ultimate recipient(s) to deferred@deferredsender.com
By default, Deferred Sender will use UTC to interpret the times you specify. Remember to change this to your preferred time zone the first time you login.
Using Deferred Sender in Gmail
To send a mail in the future using Deferred Sender, make sure you prefix the body of your original mail with the following lines.
to email addresses
cc email addresses (optional)
bcc email addresses (optional)
time to send
These parameters must be specified on separate line. The
to parameter is compulsory, but
cc and bcc
are optional.
The time to send parameter is also compulsory
and can be specified in words like in the phrases below :

cc divya@gmail.com
July 13th
will send an email to tim.burton@gmail.com and brett@yahoo.com, with a cc to divya@gmail.com on July 13th in the future.
If you are having problems with non-English characters like Latin accented characters or characters from other languages, please ensure that you are using UTF-8 encoding. For instance, if you are using GMail, you can switch to UTF-8 encoding by going to Settings, and under General, choosing UTF-8 for outgoing message encoding as shown below.
